Kentucky basketball lineup debate centers on point guard

Writing for A Sea of Blue, the author argues Kentucky’s best early-season starting lineup is becoming clear after the UCF win. The author says Mason Williams should start at point guard over Zoom Diallo because Williams protects the ball better and has outplayed him, while Alex Wilkins fits at shooting guard despite turnover concerns. Milan Momcilovic is described as the roster’s best player, and Ousmane N’Diaye gets a narrow edge over Justin McBride at power forward for defense and loose-ball play, though his shooting must improve.
